The reports of the expenses meeting (http://tinyurl.com/cx8jso) with Brown, Nick and Cameron seem to typify this belief in both a "Divine Right" to be Prime Minister and a downright tendency towards autocratic lunacy. Brown seems to be different - an autocrat who nobody will stand up to and just tell him what he's doing wrong.
