<p>Rather than admit that he and Osbourne are effectively an economics lightweights, Cameron has bought in Clarke to attempt to give his team an air of gravitas.</p>
<p>The only problem is &#8211; it won&#8217;t work.<br />
Bringing in Clarke will only highlight the ineptitude and vacuum of Osbourne and Cameron on the economy.</p>
<p>They need a Vince.</p>
